HOW TO COOK OYSTER CURRY
Ingredients to cook Oyster Curry:
1 pint oysters and their liquor
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
milk
1/2 teaspoons curry powder
salt
Step1 to cook Oyster Curry:
Heat oysters in their liqour until their edges curve.
Step2 to cook Oyster Curry:
Reserve oysters, maintaining hot.
Step3 to cook Oyster Curry:
Sum Up adequate milk to oyster liquor to get 2 cups.
Step4 to cook Oyster Curry:
Mix butter & flour until smooth to have a cream sauce.
Step5 to cook Oyster Curry:
Stir in milk and oyster liquor mixture.
Step6 to cook Oyster Curry:
Keep to stir until curry has thickened & is smooth, then Sum Up salt and curry powder.
Step7 to cook Oyster Curry:
Add oysters and serve.
Optional: Serve w/ hot rice & supply small bowls of shredded raw onion, chutney, crispy crumpled bacon, grated egg yolks for sprinkling at table.
