1 lb. squids
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. H2O
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt or soy sauce to taste
Pepper, ground to taste
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
Steps to cook Squid Adobo
Set the squids into a saucepan after washing them exhaustively.
Sum Up the pepper, vinegar, garlic, salt or soy sauce & H2O.
Wrap Up and cook slowly until squids are soft.
Drain, apart the garlic & fry ’til brown.
Sum Up the onion and tomatoes. Sum Up the squids and continue to cook for a few mins.
Add the stock in w/c squids have been made & lend to a boil.
