16 ounces pink salmon, canned
1 egg
1/3 cup onion, minced
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

Steps To Cook Deep Fry Salmon Patties

Step 1

Rinse and drain salmon.

Step 2

Set aside two Tablespoons juice in mixing bowl.

Step 3

Combine together salmon, egg, and onions until sticky.

Step 4

Stir in flour. Sum Up baking powder to juice, then stir into salmon mixture.
