BAKED STUFFED COD

 

Ingredients to cook Baked Stuffed Cod

1 1/4 lbs. scrod fish fillets

Stuffing:

1 sm. box crackers
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 can crab meat or 1/2 c. cut up scallops

Instructions to cook Baked Stuffed Cod

Step 1

Cut fish fillets in flour into large serving parts.

Step 2

Mash crackers in food processor.

Step 3

Melt butter & pour on crackers; add sherry and crab or scallops; mix unitedly.

Step 4

Stuff scrod fillets and bake, sealed, at 375 degrees for twenty minutes. Uncover for the another five minutes.

Step 5

Serve on platter put on with lemon wedges. Serves four.
