The Famous Chefs ingridients of BAKED St. Peter’s Fish WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE

1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. Rain Forest Tilapia fillets

Step 1

In a average pan, saute the onions, celery & sweet red pepper in butter until soft. Add the salt, pepper, tarragon, basil, flour and milk; blend well.

Step 2

Ready for one min, stirring always ’til thickened. Sum Up the cheese and stir until melted. Don’t boil.

Step 3

Wash the Tilapia fillets in cool H2O & drain thoroughly. Position the fish in a 12x8x2 in. baking dish; spoon the sauce evenly on the fish.

Step 4

Bake at 425degreesF. for eight to ten min, or until the fish chips equally when tested with a fork.
