BAKED FLOUNDER WITH CRABMEAT STUFFING

Ingredients to cook Baked Flounder With Crabmeat Stuffing

  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 little red pepper, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup light cream
  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 (4 oz each) flounder fillets
  • 3/4 cup H2O

Steps to cook Baked Flounder With Crabmeat Stuffing

Step 1 to cook Baked Flounder With Crabmeat Stuffing

Warmth a big frying pan over medium-high Heat. Coat pan w/ cooking spray. Sum Up onion & red pepper.

Spray cooking spray on onions, With red pepper. Cover, cook for 4 min or until softened.

Take Out cover and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, 1/8 tsp salt, & light cream. Get to boil.

Cook for 1 minute or until minimized & thickened. Gently fold in crabmeat & 2 teaspoons parsley. Refrigerate for thirty min.

Warmth oven to 400°F. Coat baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place 1 flounder fillet skinned-side up on work surface. Spoon 1/2 crab mixture onto end of fillet, roll up, making a little bundle. Repeat using remaining fillets and crab mixture.

Transfer bundles, seam-side down into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Old Bay seasoning, salt, & parsley.

12 lobster tails
1 lb. fresh crab meat or lobster meat
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. olive oil plus 2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. paprika

Sauté crab or lobster meat w/ olive oil, butter & bread crumbs. Taste and adjust seasonings. Set aside.

Broil or bake for around Fifteen min or until the lobster meat is cooked and crisp white & the crumbs are toasted.

Ingredients To Cook Crab Leg Salad

1 lb. imitation crab legs (also)
1 lb. crabmeat (optional) if you have any
1 lb. cooked shrimp or frozen cooked pkg.
1-2 ribs celery to taste
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or to taste
1/2 tbsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. celery seed (if you like)

Cut crab legs, shrimp and celery in small or medium size pieces.

Step 2 To Cook Crab Leg Salad

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and celery seed.

Add lettuce, torn in small pieces (if you like).

Step 4 To Cook Crab Leg Salad

Stir all together to mix.

Step 1 TO COOK GINGER AND SCALLION CRAB

Set 2 outsize crabs. Take Away the legs and claws from the crabs. Chop down the center of the crabs to sliced the bodies in half. Slice each half crosswise in 3 parts.

Step 2 TO COOK GINGER AND SCALLION CRAB

Prepare your vegetables. Slice 8 green onions into one inch pieces. Move Out the seeds from 1 average red bell pepper and slice the pepper into thin strips. Peel a four inch by 1 inch part of ginger root & cut it into small julienne.

Step 3 TO COOK GINGER AND SCALLION CRAB

Combine half cup of water, 3 tbsp. wine or sherry, one tsp. of sugar, 1 tsp. bouillon granules & twotsp. of light soy sauce, all in a average bowl.
In a separate bowl, thoroughly Mix one-fourth cup cold H2O and 2 teaspoon. of cornstarch.

Step 4 TO COOK GINGER AND SCALLION CRAB

Heat three tablespoon. of vegetable oil in a wok on medium ignite. Stir-fry the ginger in the oil for one min. Add the sliced crabs & stir-fry for 1 min. Sum Up sherry mixture & pepper strips to the frying pan. Stir-fry on high heat until liquid boils. Reduce the flame to low. Simmer sealed for four minutes, or ’til the crab becomes red. (If practicing cooked crab, heat only until heated through.)

Step 5 TO COOK GINGER AND SCALLION CRAB

Stir the cornflour mixture to recombine. Expose the pan and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook ’til the sauce thickens. Add the green onions & half tsp. burned sesame oil. Cook and stir for one more minute, then serve
