Ingredients to cook Chicken Florentine
2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
6 chicken breast halves about 4 pounds, cooked, boned, and shredded
2 10 3/4-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 cup ground sharp Cheddar
2 tablespoonfuls fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Steps to cook Chicken Florentine
Step 1 to cook Chicken Florentine
Remove the outer wrappers from the box of spinach & open 1 end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, until thawed.
Step 2 to cook Chicken Florentine
Drain the spinach and put into a large bowl then add the sliced chicken.
Step 3 to cook Chicken Florentine
In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper, to taste, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce.

Pour the sauce over the spinach & chicken and mix well w/ a spatula.

place the mixture into an 11 by 7-inch casserole dish or 2 (9-inch) square disposable aluminum foil pans that have been sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray.

Pat down evenly & smooth w/ a spatula then blend the Parmesan & bread crumbs & sprinkle over the top. Dot with the butter.

Wrap the uncooked casserole securely w/ plastic wrap, then w/ aluminum foil.

put each pan into a plastic freezer bag & seal and place into freezer.
Step 9 to cook Chicken Florentine
Allow casserole to melt 24 hours in refrigerator and then ready to bake, remove the plastic wrap & foil.
Step 10 to cook Chicken Florentine
Bake exposed at 350 degrees F for about 30 min until bubbly.

3 Chicken Breasts
2 cups Rotini or Shell Pasta (cooked, rinsed and cooled)
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
8-10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled (optional)
1/4 Caesar Salad Dressing (more or less to taste & to coat)
Instructions to cook Chicken Pasta Salad:
Step 1 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
Make chicken ’til no more pink in middle.
Step 2 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
Chop in little bits.
Step 3 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
Chop peppers and add to tomatoes in huge bowl.
Step 4 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
add chicken, pasta & feta to large bowl.
Step 5 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
Sum up Caesar salad dressing and combine well.
Step 6 to cook Chicken Pasta Salad
Put in refrigerator ’til needed.
