1 lb. cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese with blue cheese
2 c. chopped or ground turkey, cooked
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt & monosodium glutamate to taste

Steps:

Grind cheddar cheese. Paste all cheeses (cheddar, cream and blue cheese spread) together well.

In a 3-1/2 – 4-quart slow cooker mix, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tapioca, cinnamon, & red pepper.

Place turkey, meaty sides down on ketchup blend.

Sauce:

3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup turkey stock
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 to 3 tablespoons dry sherry

BAKED TURKEY STUFFING

Ingredients TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING:

1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (cubed)
4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup onions
1 cup butter
1 tablespoonful olive oil
2 cupfuls chicken broth
3 eggs
1/2 cup fresh parsley,
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lb turkey giblets
1/2 cup celery
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2-1 teaspoon Bell Seasoning (or rubbed sage)
1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder
a light sprinkling of cayenne pepper, if desired
1 teaspoon Knorr’s powdered chicken bouillon or Minor’s Chicken Soup Base

Step1  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

In a huge saucepan, sauté chopped giblets & (de-stringed) celery in one tablespoon butter & one tablespoon olive oil; adding onions and after two – three min and minced garlic & parsley and mushrooms after 5 minutes. sauté one minute more and add chicken stock. Dissolve chicken bouillon in stock. sum up paprika, Bell Flavouring, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder & cayenne pepper. add leftover butter & stir over light heat for 10 minutes.

Step2  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Stir package of stuffing cubes in broth quickly. Liquid will be absorbed. Cut off heat but leave pan on kitchen stove.

Step3  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Let to sit for 2-3 minutes, and stir in one egg at a time utilizing a big wooden spoon, combining rapidly. Stir completely after adding every egg.

Step4  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Stuffing must be sticky. If it’s not binding together, sum up 1/4-1/2 cup more stock and combine in.

Step5  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Line the bottom of a bread loaf pan w/ aluminum foil, leaving enough along the faces to wrap up the upper of the pan when folded on. Spray foil within the pan w/ oil or non-stick spray. Pat mixture into pan equally, spreading w/ spatula or the back of a spoon. Don’t press hard. Shape in a bread loaf shape.

Step6  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Broil in 350 degrees forty-five minutes; bring out by removing foil from upper and allow to bake another 10-15 minutes or until upper is golden brown.

Step7  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Cut Up in two inch cuts for every serving. It is easier to move out from the pan if you use a pancake flipper to cut up the slices.

Step8  TO COOK BAKED TURKEY WITH STUFFING

Sweep top with turkey juices from cooked turkey or gravy ahead serving.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a moderate saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat w/ the squeezed garlic cloves. Whisk in the flour and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally. Make, uncovered, on low heat (mild simmer) until the sauce has thickened, stirring from time to time. Allow to cool for at least thiry min (may be prepared a day ahead).

Thaw the frozen peas, carrots and onions for 15 min.

Thinly butter or spray with non-stick spray a deep dish pie pan or light casserole. Put line on the bottom of the pie dish w/ one of the pie crusts. Add made diced turkey and the vegetables. Pour Out in the gravy mix. Wrap Up w/ the upper pie crust & flute or crimp the edges, if desired.

Bake for about 40 minutes or ’til golden brown.

Mix in flour. Step 2 to cook Turkey with Paprika Sum Up broth and cook stirring constantly ’til mixture thickens. Step 3 to cook Turkey with Paprika Shorten ignite to really low. Stir in mushrooms, salt, and paprika. Step 4 to cook Turkey with Paprika Sum Up turkey pieces. boil five-ten min. Put a little amount of the sauce into egg yolks, and Add mixture to frypan. Cook 2 min additional time. Stir in sour paste. Step 5 to cook Turkey with Paprika Heat just a few moments or ’til sauce is hot. Serve w/ Poppy Seed Noodles (check below). Poppy Seed Noodles: Cook 8 oz. noodles in boiling salted H2O until tender, around ten min. Remove the water. Stir in three tablespoons melted butter & two teaspoons poppy seeds. Season w/ salt to savor. Serves 6.

If using a cold turkey, unfreeze in its particular plastic wrapper in the  ref.. Let for 5 hours/pound.. Smarter step: Wrap the turkey with cool  H2O (the sink is a good position for this), changing each 30 min; Provide 1  hour per pound (500 g).

Step 2 TO COOK A TURKEY:

Set the turkey by removing giblets and neck. Rinse & rub the  cavity; sprinkle with salt and pepper or stuff softly using skewers to secure  skin on the cavity.

Step 3 TO COOK A TURKEY:

Set turkey, breast side up, on rack in roasting pan. Brush w/  liquid butter or oil. Tent loosely w/ foil. Cooked in 325F (160C) oven for  around 20 min per pound (500 grams) or until juices run clean when turkey is  pierced & when thermometer entered in fattest part of thigh reads  180F (82C) for a stuffed turkey or 170F (77C) for an unstuffed turkey. Move Out  tent for last hour of roasting.

Step 4 TO COOK A TURKEY:

When turkey is cooked, carry-over to warm platter. Tent with foil & let  stand for 20 to 30 minutes. This leaves time for juices at the surface of the  bird to spread evenly throughout the meat.
