HOW TO COOK MUSHROOMS
Instructions:
Step 1 TO COOK MUSHROOMS
Wash mushrooms and cut in slices or chunks. You can allow small mushrooms whole.
Step 2 TO COOK MUSHROOMS
Mix another kind of mushrooms if you prefer.
Step 3 TO COOK MUSHROOMS
Sauté mushrooms through high ignite with butter, olive oil or a mix of the two. As the mushrooms about to cook, they will express liquid; keep to cook until the liquid is gone & the mushrooms are tender & golden. Add a few tablespoons of sherry or red wine, allow the liquid reduce for a second, & toss with chopped herbs, such as parsley, scallion or rosemary, along w/ salt & pepper.
Step 4 TO COOK MUSHROOMS
Alternatively, roast mushrooms, tossed w/ a little olive oil, salt & pepper, & perhaps garlic, in a 400-degree oven for thirty minutes or until golden and tender.
