Ingredients To Cook Halibut With Cream Cheese
2 halibut fillets (1 1/2 lbs.)
1/2 tsp. butter
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/4 tsp. pepper, divided
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
4 sprigs parsley
Steps to Cook Halibut with Cream Cheese
Step 1 to Cook Halibut with Cream Cheese
Put halibut fillets in greased baking pan.
Step 2 to Cook Halibut with Cream Cheese
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon melted butter.
Step 3 to Cook Halibut with Cream Cheese
Bake in very hot 450 degree oven until fish can be flaked with a fork.

Mix grated cheese, beaten egg, dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Scald milk and slowly stir it into cheese mixture. Then cook this slowly in double boiler until smooth, thick sauce is made.

Ingredients to cook Chicken Cream Soup
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
2 stalks celery (with leaves), chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
7 cups chicken broth, homemade or low-sodium canned
3 sprigs parsley
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
2 3/4 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley

Melt the butter in a large soup casserole in a medium heat.

Add the onion, celery, & carrots & cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 12 minutes.

Ingredients to cook Pan Fried Turkey Cheese Balls
1 lb. cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese with blue cheese
2 c. chopped or ground turkey, cooked
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt & monosodium glutamate to taste
Steps:
Step 1 to cook Pan Fried Turkey Cheese Balls
Allow each cheese get to room temp..
Step 2 to cook Pan Fried Turkey Cheese Balls
Grind cheddar cheese. Paste all cheeses (cheddar, cream and blue cheese spread) together well.
Step 3 to cook Pan Fried Turkey Cheese Balls
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt & monosodium glutamate. Sum Up the turkey & cream entire ingredients.
Step 4 to cook Pan Fried Turkey Cheese Balls
Separate the mixture in 2 equal servings. Mold in balls.

Wrap Up balls in paprika, parsley flakes.
