Ingredients To Cook Filet Mignon

3 c. dry red wine
3 tbsp. cognac
3 shallots, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
6 filet mignon steaks
4 c. beef stock

Steps To Cook Filet Mignon

Step 1 To Cook Filet Mignon

Whisk first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Marinate steaks overnight in glass pans.

Step 2 To Cook Filet Mignon

Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry.

Step 3 To Cook Filet Mignon

Cook steaks in oven, pan or barbeque. Transfer marinade to saucepan. Boil about 20 minutes to reduce to 1 cup.

Step 4 To Cook Filet Mignon

Add stock and boil about 20 more minutes to reduce to 1 1/4 cups.

Step 5 To Cook Filet Mignon

Add 5 tablespoons of chilled butter to sauce and spoon over steaks.Serve and enjoy the filet mignon.

1 1/2 – 2 lb. flank steak, 1″ thick
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Oregano
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. c. chopped green chilies

Steps To Cook Flank Steak

Score flank steak both sides, cut into serving pieces and season to taste with salt and pepper, garlic salt and oregano.

Step 2 To Cook Flank Steak

Add oil and vinegar and marinate for 1 hour.

Basting brush

Instructions:

Step 1 TO COOK BEEF RIBS

Heat up the oven or the grill. Preheat your oven on high-broil at 500 degrees or preheat your grill on high for at the least 10 to 20 minutes. If utilizing a charcoal grill leave the wood coals to become ashen and glowing before making.

Step 2 TO COOK BEEF RIBS

Make the meat. Making beef ribs is easy. Simply season w/ salt & pepper & they are set to go on the grill.

1 onion
1 cup of dry sherry
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Plastic wrap

Finely chop the garlic and grind the ginger. Mix garlic, sherry, teriyaki sauce, ginger and addtional virgin olive oil. Mix until smooth.
