Ingredients to cook Korean Chicken Wings

1 to 2 pounds chicken wings (about 12 whole wings) 1st and 2nd joint, no tips
2 tablespoons canola oil, plus more for frying
3 tablespoons grated ginger
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
Chopped scallions, for garnish
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish

Steps to cook Korean Chicken Wings

Step 1 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet & cook in the oven for 35 minutes.

Step 3 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

In a medium fried pan over medium heat, Add Up the 2 tablespoonfuls of canola oil and the ginger then cook for 2 minutes.

Add the sherry, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, & soy sauce and chili garlic sauce and keep on to cook for 2 more min. Take from heat.

Step 5 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

In large sauce pot or fryer, heat 3-inches of the canola oil, or enough to prevent wings from touching the bottom of the pan, to 350 degrees F.

Step 6 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

Add the chicken wings to the oil & cook for about 3 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Step 7 to cook Korean Chicken Wings

Take the chicken wings from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Add the wings to the sauce then garnish with chopped scallions & sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!

Saute onion, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, bread crumbs in oil for around 2 min, mixing thoroughly.

Spoon into dishes or casserole dish, splash lightly with additional bread crumbs & cheese.

2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
6 chicken breast halves about 4 pounds, cooked, boned, and shredded
2 10 3/4-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 cup ground sharp Cheddar
2 tablespoonfuls fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter

Steps to cook Chicken Florentine

Remove the outer wrappers from the box of spinach & open 1 end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, until thawed.

Rinse clams and let to sit under refrigeration for several hours in a combination of half cup each of milk & water merged w/ half teaspoon salt.

2 (2 1/2-pound) chickens, cut into quarters or pieces
1/4 cup pecan halves
1 cup combined red & green grapes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt butter in a 10 by 15-inch baking pan.

2 tsp. baking powder

Drain clams well, reserving 1/2 cup of clam broth liquid.

Mix every ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls into average hot oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan.

Oil that is too hot or cakes which are too huge will make burning or rare centers. Adjust temperature up or down slightly to compensate. A good starting temperature is 360 degrees.

The clam cakes will float; turn them over gently as they rise to fully cook both sides. Do not overload the cooker, as this will reduce heat too much. Fry just a few at a time.

Preheat broiler and rinse fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels.

Combine miso, brown sugar, sesame oil & mirin & stir well until brown sugar is fully dissolved.

1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook onions, green peppers and mushrooms in butter for five min.

Merge in flour, salt & pepper.
